House Rules

• Please take your shoes off when inside the property

• No smoking - there will be a £50 fine for smoking indoors

• No parties or extra guests

• No parking outside the Mews as the road is narrow and there is no dedicated parking space

• We allow 1 small/medium dog at extra cost, £30 paid at booking.
If you have brought your dog do not allow it upstairs or on the furniture. The terrace at the back is atroturf on stone so please do not allow your pet to toilet out there as it doesn’t drain well and will cause odours. There is a green opposite the Olde Place Mews suitable for this purpose. If any accidents do happen on the astroturf please clean up all mess and soak liberally with water.

• No loud music after 10pm - please be considerate to the neighbours at all times

• Any lost keys will incur a replacement fee

• If a guest locks themselves out of the property during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum £35 charge

• Unless agreed in advance late check-out will incur a £30 per hour fee

• On departure please turn down heating thermostat to 10, make sure all lights are turned off, windows closed and doors secure and locked front and back.

• On departure please dispose of your rubbish in the green bins on the right hand side of the street further up from the cottage as instructed in the house manual.
